Known as the 'friendly town' Ballinamore has something to
offer everyone. It is a thriving rural centre for the surrounding
parishes of Aughnasheelin, Aughawillan, Corraleehan, Drumreilly
and Fenagh and is internationally renowned for its abundance
of coarse angling waters with a total of 40 lakes in a 10km
radius.

town offers many activities including walking, horse-riding,
golfing, and boating and is ideally located as a touring base
for a range of interesting outings to for example, the Marble
Arch Caves, Florence Court, Cavan Crystal & etc. It boasts
lively evening entertainment with some great pubs and good
restaurants.
